Andrea Anders

Anders is from Madison, Wisconsin. She was raised in DeForest but is currently with her family in Los Angeles. In 1993 she was a graduate of DeForest Area High school in DeForest Wisconsin. She received her bachelor of fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1997. Rutgers University awarded her a Master's in Fine Arts degree in 2001. From 2006 to 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met during the filming of the canceled sitcom dated. Sean Anders is her brother. (Sex Drive The X-Files; Never Been Thawed). Anders was in the theatre at the age of 2001. Anders was the understudy of Mary Louise Parker for the Broadway production Proof. Also, she was Elaine Robinson later in The Graduate. On the Jump was her first performance on the Arena Stage. New Doors was held at The Guthrie Theater. The two New York Stage & Film shows: Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody were also staged through New York Stage & Film. Anders was first seen with Fat Pig at Geffen Playhouse on May 7, 2007. Fat Pig ended on 1 July 2007. Anders had her first TV appearance in a Dannon commercial, which ran from the years 1990 until 2006. Anders is best known for her work on Joey (as attorney Alex Garrett) and The Class in the role of Nicole Allen (nee Campbell) who was the ex-wife of a football player. The actress was in every episode of both shows, however the shows were both cancelled. Anders' guest appearances include One Life to Live (as Donna Degenhart), Law & Order (as Heather), The Guiding Light and Tru Calling. The actress appeared in five seasons of the HBO drama series Oz in 2003, playing Donna Degenhart. In 2004 she portrayed Heather as Heather in The Stepford Wives. And in 2008, Brandy made a small appearance as Brandy on Sex Drive. Anders also appeared in the show Numb3rs in 2008. Anders was also a part of two television pilots that failed. Spellbound was one of them, and News To Me another. Recently, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single-camera workplace comedy composed by Victor Fresco for ABC.
